Guns, Guns and Kaboom!

I’ve been a bit remiss in my posting chedule here as of late. Sorry about that. Maybe this will mke up for it. I spent Saturday at an undisclosed location with a bunch of the WA HTF (Hometown Forum) guys from AR15.com at their regular shoot/camp event. I only went for the day, and it was a heck of a time! There were well over 50 people there, uncountable guns of every variety, and friendly people everywhere. There was a bunch of Tannerite brought so we had our own short range Boomershoot as well!

My pictures can be found in the gallery, and other pics over at AR15.com WAHTF and more here.

In addition to the usual collection of AR-15’s we had 3 Barret .50’s, numerous M1 Garands, M14’s, a Thompson, P90, FALs and some others that I didn’t recognize and don’t remember the names of. I got to shoot several different ones for the first time, the Thompson being my favorite.

It was a beautiful day for Washington in September, the guys running the line did an excellent job and even though there were a few rifles that broke (watch out for the kind of ammo you are using, especially Adcom) there were no injuries.
